Plan the scope
Identify the rooms or areas involved and separate items you want to keep from those you would like removed. Tell us about bulky, heavy or fragile items when requesting your estimate.
Please do not assume every item can be collected. Describe anything that may need special handling so its suitability and arrangements can be checked in advance.
Check the access
Doorways, stairs, lifts and parking can affect the work involved. Tell us the floor level, any narrow turns and the distance from the property to the loading area.
If access requires permission or a booking, mention this when you contact us so the plan can take it into account.
